Annotation
The main idea of the design is to create a multi-functional building that is used for long-term and short-term stay of visitors flowing not only from nearby spa towns. The masses are composed as two blocks lying perpendicularly on top of each other, above the intersection rises an observation tower. At the same time, a proposed path passes through the building, connecting the footpaths around the summit. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, reception and hall. This and the observation tower is made by exposed concrete, which gives a commercial character to the amenities and refers to the military history of Dyleň with its rawness. For the second floor, I propose an accommodation area where the feeling of comfort is enhanced by wooden material.
