RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ŽIŽKOV
Annotation
It is being built as part of three new residential buildings on the site of the current car park. The U-shape complements the Žižkov block development along Hartig Street, which was interrupted by the parking area, and opens to the south. This allows for effective sunlight to pass through all the buildings at the same time as making the green space accessible.
The five residential floors offer several types of single to multi-generational apartments. The upper stepped floor boasts sunny terraces and high comfort. The first floor is then used for commercial space.
