ABOVE THE PARK
Annotation
The four-storey apartment building on the site of the former Pragovka factory in Prague - Vysočany is designed to make maximum use of the view of the surrounding park. On the ground floor there is a garage, a bike room, a cleaning room and five apartments (3× 2+kk, 2× 3+kk), each with access to the garden. On the other floors there are 18 apartments (3× 2+kk, 2× 3+kk, 1× 4+kk on each floor). A total of 23 apartments offer comfortable living with plenty of natural light and connection to the natural environment. The staircase core is illuminated, which provides a pleasant atmosphere and airy interior.
