STUDENT HOUSING ŽIŽKOV
Annotation
The project focuses on student housing, offering a combination of three types of accommodation: single rooms, double rooms, and four-person rooms. All rooms are equipped with their own kitchenette and bathroom, and those facing the inner courtyard feature private balconies. The ground floor includes public commercial spaces such as a restaurant, café, shop, and an entrance lobby with a reception desk. Additionally, there is a gym and facilities for a sports hall, connected to the main building via a corridor. On the 7th floor, there is a multifunctional hall. An important aspect of the project is the ground-level area, which is suitable for public events, art installations, or other activities.
