TRIPLETS

The Triplets project, located in Prague 5 near the Plzeňka tram stop, is a solution that combines functionality, aesthetics, and ecology. The building is designed as an extension of the existing emergency response facility IZS Smíchov, which allows for efficient use of space and improves response times for emergency services. The complex consists of three buildings – two offer apartments ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk, while the third provides facilities for emergency responders with single rooms and shared amenities. The design also includes a shop and a café on the ground floor, serving both residents and passersby. The project respects the original development by making minimal interventions into the existing structure and carefully positioning the pillars to ensure a smooth flow of space.
