Olšanská Street is a boundary between the city and nature, between the past and the present. At this intersection, a project is emerging that connects the tranquility of the cemetery with the dynamic rhythm of the city. The buildings with south-facing balconies and green courtyards offer a new way of living. The street is transforming into a lively boulevard, where public spaces seamlessly transition into private corners. The eight-story buildings provide a shield against the noise, while the four-story blocks offer intimacy and foster connections between neighbors. Along the cemetery wall, a quiet path is created, inviting reflection and strolls. The aim is to create a space where people meet – children play, dogs run, and neighbors chat.
