DESIGN OF WORKSHOP AND ART STUDIO

The purpose of this project is the conversion of part of the barn into a glass workshop and art studio. The plan is to modify the brick part of the existing barn and its attic so that it can be operated all year round as a craft workshop for glass engraving, and at the same time, to create art studio in the attic for other creative activities, especially painting and model making. On the 1st floor, the walled part of the workshop area will be insulated. In the north wall an opening for a new window and french doors will be created, which will connect the area to the rear of the property. The roof will be comletely insulated and supplemented with new roof windows.
