Senior Housing Na Perštýně

The building is designed for seniors who are looking for dignified and welcoming housing, with an emphasis on spending time in shared spaces. The main goal was to thoughtfully fill a gap in the historical core of Prague while creating a place for seniors who do not wish to move away from the bustle of the big city. The layout of each floor emphasizes shared areas where residents can meet — whether over a game of chess or a cup of coffee. Each floor contains three self-contained studio apartments that provide sufficient privacy and comfortable conditions for daily life. Each apartment has its own balcony. On the ground floor, there is a small café and a shop offering traditional European medicine.
