OASES

The project deals with the transformation of the former dump site at the Engerth mine in Kladno into a place open to people - a place of peace, walks, relaxation and small meetings. The aim of the design is to make this area accessible and rediscover it as a welcoming space that naturally connects to the neighboring forest and creates a harmonious connection between the city and nature. The dominant element of the design is a footbridge that offers visitors new views of the city and the opportunity to perceive the space from a different perspective. Smaller podiums are scattered throughout the terrain, serving as stopping points - for sitting, picnicking or quiet rest in the middle of greenery.
