Accessible and lively place for all. The design of the new center brings better accessibility, new possibilities for movement and missing amenities to the currently neglected area. The path, staircase and parterre together create an open public space for everyday life and meetings. The barrier-free path ensures an easy connection between the city and nature. The residential staircase serves not only to overcome the terrain, but also as a place for relaxation, community events or an open-air cinema. On the ground floor of the new houses, there will be space for services that have been missing in this part of the city for a long time. The aim of the design is to revitalize the area, make it accessible to everyone and create a place that will be a natural part of everyday life.
