Senior Housing Na Perštýně

When designing the apartment building on Na Perštýně Street, emphasis was placed on openness, accessibility and respect for the historical character of the place. The aim was to create a space that would serve not only the residents of the building, but also the general public. On the ground floor there is a café with a library - a place for studying, meeting loved ones or reading. The space was designed to support community life and naturally connect different generations. The building also includes a doctor's office, which is always available to seniors to help them whenever they need it. The facade facing the street was designed sparingly, with respect to the surrounding historical buildings. However, the interior of the house was enriched with triangular balconies
