Annotation
The objective was to create a building with a distinct position, one that establishes a respectful relationship with its surroundings while contributing positively to their character. It is not required to fully blend in — it is sufficient for the building to respond appropriately to the surrounding scale and to indicate the intended development of the Jirkov cornice.
