Books & tea bookshop is a polyfunctional house in the heart of Turnov that combines commercial and residential functions. The 1st and 2nd above-ground floors house a modern bookstore with a tea room, their façade clad in beige brick. The upper two floors are reserved for 2+kk apartments. In a subtly industrial style, the entire building is adorned with elegant external shutters. The project includes a green roof and green planters on the terrace, exclusive to the apartment on the 3rd above-ground floor. Emphasis is placed on sustainability and aesthetics.
