The Bonding circle

This individual design was created as part of a group project focused on the revitalization of a spoil heap. The proposed space follows the shared concept both in terms of materials and technical aspects – it uses the same or similar elements that appear throughout the overall design. Specifically, it is a location on a slope that combines seating, stairs, a resting platform, and terrain modifications. The main feature is a curved bench whose organic shape naturally follows the flowing lines of the surrounding paths. The wooden elements used – as well as the material itself – correspond with the benches and the nearby Engerth residence in the overall design, creating a unified and harmonious whole. The space is designed as a place of calm and connection.
