FARMA URBANA

Farma Urbana is an innovative urban project that connects ecology, community, and technology within the unique landscape of Císařská louka in Prague. Its main features are two glass wings supported by a steel bridge structure, linked by a pedestrian walkway offering views of Vyšehrad. Inside the greenhouses, medicinal herbs (yarrow, cleavers, eucalyptus) and vegetables (tomatoes, kohlrabi) are cultivated. A water reservoir collects rainwater and irrigates the entire site, including the greenhouses. The main building serves as a community center with a café, restaurant, and workshop spaces focused on sustainability and urban gardening.
