In the Modeling and Workshop Studio, a series of assignments inspired by Bauhaus principles was introduced throughout the year. The tasks focused on working with various materials and gaining hands-on experience with the FA CTU workshop equipment. In the winter semester, spatulas made of hardwood were created – one by hand, the other using machines. Their functionality was tested by modeling a paint tube from clay, followed by a plaster cast with patina. The summer semester was linked by the theme of a monogram, adapted to different media – from clay relief modeling and HPS vacuum forming to laser-cut paper, fiberboard, sheet metal, and wire compositions.
