The design strives for a contemporary, refined expression that opens the space rather than encloses it. Emphasis is placed on restraint, clean lines, and noble materials. The resulting form feels calm, timeless, and free of ostentation. The ground floor remains permeable, and the corner is softened by a recessed mass and greenery.
