The semicircular form gently embraces the central tree, linking a natural element with modern architectural design to create the impression of a peaceful retreat – despite being located in the heart of the city, the space feels removed from the surrounding hustle and bustle. The building is designed to naturally guide visitors inside and offer an environment for slowing down, calming the mind, and restoring balance — providing both quiet corners for rest and areas for social activities. The architectural concept draws on Nordic principles: an emphasis on natural materials and large windows ensures plenty of daylight and a visual connection between the interior and the surrounding greenery.
