Family house with florist

The family house is located on the New World in Hradcany. It is a four-storey house with a flower shop located on the ground floor. The plot slopes slightly towards the north, where the garden is located. The southern elevation faces one of the proposed squares within the residential development. The underground floor serves as a basement space for technical facilities and storage. On the first floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom, which has its own bathroom. On the second floor there are two children's rooms, a bathroom and a terrace, which is accessible from both rooms and also from the hallway. The shape of the house is mainly influenced by the location of the staircase, which is a distinctive element of the whole design.
