House with a yoga studio

A family house with an additional function as a yoga studio is designed as part of the Nový svět residential complex. It combines peaceful living with active movement – the ground floor features a gym, and the basement contains changing rooms and technical facilities. The upper two floors are dedicated to living space, and the top floor offers a spacious terrace intended for relaxation. The appearance of the house is defined mainly by square windows, which add a playful character while maintaining a clear order in the façade’s composition. A distinctive element is the use of glass blocks (luxfers), which allow soft light to enter while ensuring privacy. The architecture of the house thus balances simplicity with subtle details that enhance comfort and the quality of everyday life.
