Senior Housing Na Perštýně

The designed multifunctional apartment building for seniors is located in the historical center of Prague on Na Perštýně Street. It uses a previously undeveloped plot with a very irregular floor plan and its goal is to create quality housing for seniors complemented by publicly accessible functions that support community life. The house is designed in a simple style, enriched with more distinctive elements of arched windows, wood and green railings. On the first floor there is a common room with a terrace and a café, which continues to the second floor. On the second floor there is also a general practitioner's office. Housing units for seniors start on the third floor. On the roof, seniors have access to ououtdoor seating, offering a peaceful environment in the middle of the city.
