This senior residence project in the heart of Prague offers a new perspective on aging – active, dignified, and full of light. The colorful glass panelsof the facade, like layers of stained glass, symbolize individuality, diversity, and light filtering through time. The green terraces serve as places for rest and connection. A shared mini-library, psychological center with a meditation corner, rehabilitation zone, and doctors’ offices provide not only peaceful but also healthy aging. The space is designed to encourage movement, communication, and a sense of comfort. The architecture does not aim to isolate, but to connect – with the city, with nature, and with each other.
