This family house is located in a quiet location hidden in the heart of Prague. Together with the other houses, it creates a small town. On the ground floor there is a community room that serves the residents of the location for their own and common purposes. This room is lined with high-placed windows due to the stairs and the elevation of the terrain. There is a kitchen unit, a folding table, a comfortable sofa and a chess table for the locals. There is also plenty of storage space and a toilet. When you enter the apartment and go up the stairs, a large kitchen opens up to you after a short corridor. On the floor there is also a bedroom for the parents, storage space and sanitary facilities. On the second floor there are two children's rooms and a large bathroom.
