Císařská Louka – An Ideal Place for an Urban Farm This location is situated on an island in the center of Prague. The project connects nature with the urban environment and brings fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits to the city. Farm also focuses on educating the public in gardening and sustainability. The goal is to raise awareness of today’s environmental issues and to teach people how to manage water and waste properly, as well as how to effectively grow their own food. In front of the main building, there is a large space dedicated to community life, where gardening markets are held and people can gather and socialize.
