Water Depot

Annotation
The Běchovice water tower, designed by Josef Danda in 1937, has been converted into themed accommodation and a café inspired by railway architecture. Only the original reinforced concrete skeleton remains, now housing residential pods styled after night train compartments. A public café in the exposed basement connects to a cycle path, serving both residents and visitors. Accommodation is organized by comfort level, with higher floors offering more privacy and views of the railway. The project targets railway enthusiasts and blends industrial heritage with contemporary use.
