HOUSE WITH WINERY

The project is located on top of a residential colony under Ptačím vrchem in Vranov nad Dyjí. The project is divided into two buildings. A winery located in the central part of the property and a family home in the south-eastern part of the property. This division allows for independent and unimpeded usage. Both buildings are designed in a combined form of woodwork and classic brick walls with a facade made of light trapezius sheet, concrete and stonework. At the winery, enter the observation floor and enjoy view into the production of wine, or go and taste it in the wine cellar for a tasting. In the house, enjoy open living areas with high ceilings and views of Vranov Castle, or go to and take a rest in open basement with spacious bedrooms with beautiful views of the countryside.
