The design builds upon the original concept of transforming an existing garage structure into a multifunctional building, with a focus on community-oriented and publicly accessible spaces. The core idea is to create an open environment that fosters neighborhood interaction, education, and sustainable living in the heart of Petřiny. A key element of the proposal is a publicly accessible terrace that seamlessly connects to the surrounding terrain. It features a community garden complemented by a sheltered seating area. This outdoor space serves not only for growing crops but also as a venue for workshops, school visits, community gatherings, and educational lectures focused on environmental topics.
