Music club

The building is situated in the southernrow of the academic center. The music club takes up the first and the second floor, the third floor houses a 3-room apartment with a kitchen unit available through a separate stairway on the southeast. The music club is accessed through the southwest entrance located in an alley between the music club and coworking. The main focal points of the interior are a gallery on top of a bar and a scene on the opposite side of the hall. The music club has little to no exterior lighting to achieve more privacy and better immersion when the artificial lights are on. The apartment, on the other hand, is richly lighted through spacious windows for a better view and better visibility in the interior.
