Dance Hall

The dominant feature of the building in the academic center is an open, two-story dance hall, accessible from street level on the second floor. Upon entering, visitors are welcomed by a bar overlooking the dance floor, which can also be viewed from the mezzanine. Changing rooms are located on the ground floor. The space is naturally lit by a large opaque wall to the south, while the upper level of the hall is complemented by light coming from the north. On the third floor, there is a three-room apartment with a kitchenette, accessible by stairs, and a south-facing terrace.
