Annotation

Infinite is something that does not end just because we, ephemeral human beings, change. For something to be infinite, it should outlive us. Not only physically, but also in its purpose. If a house were to be infinite, it would have to endure both its ordinary use, for which it was created, and remain useful even after those who first used and shaped it in their own image have departed. It should open its embrace to new uses without losing its original spirit. What allows some houses to serve families for generations, while others stop meeting needs after the birth of a second child? If we could create a space that functions regardless of its specific use, we would truly create an infinite house.
