House for an artist at Kinský garden

The house is situated on the southern slope of Petřín in Kinský garden. Due to the fact, that the land is located on a very steep hill, the house has to be designed to cope with it. The house was designed as an "upside down house". So there is an entranceway and the garage in the third floor. The second floor is the part of the house where the family would meet the most, and in the first floor, there are the bedrooms. The whole building is oriented to achieve the best view as possible and also to get the optimal lighting conditions in the artist's studio.
