The goal is to create a price affordable living in a village with a rich history during the current building boom. In this case it is for a family of four members, living with a senior. The land where this is supposed to be located is now for sale and it is expected to start constructions for family homes in the future. The building is disigned in a way, so it can provide all needs of the family, giving it comfort and space, but also, so its character would match the traditional village style amongst its modern influences. It follows certain ratios in its proportions. The garden has a terase with outside furniture and also a swimming pool.
