Krecl – Masarykovo square in Jihlava

The four-storey apartment building on plot 2638/2 in the center of Jihlava's Masaryk Square offers five residential units designed with an emphasis on a higher level of daylight with an above-standard ceiling height of 3.46 m. The ground floor connects both sides of the square through an enclosed entrance hall, a commercial space used as  a small clothing store separated from the hall by a glass wall, and an open passage. The first floor is divided into three separate housing units with layouts 1 + kk, 1 + 1 and 2 + kk. On the second floor there is one apartment 1 + kk and one more spacious apartment 4 + kk.
