Recreational Facilities

The aim of this semester was to design a recreational facility, which is located in the town of Štechovice on the banks of the Vltava river. In the given project, elements of solid wood were used together with a concrete foundation. The combination of these two materials with their design gives the object a feeling of lightness and minimalism. Large windows complement the building with light and the minimalist design adds cosiness for relaxation.
