Meditation is one of the spiritual practices that have survived to our time, aimed at developing one's abilities and spiritual growth. For me, meditation is the best tool for self-discovery. When you are as relaxed as possible, it is easier for you to structure your thoughts. The main purpose of the practice is to become oneself by nature, to find oneself, to accept and love. This will be followed by the acceptance of everything that surrounds us
