Gallery for Martin Stranka

I design gallery for large scale photos by Czech photographer Martin Stranka. The building is placed in Iceland. It consists of three parts - a winter garden, a café with a reception and a gallery. Dominant, three-storey part is gallery. Its above ground floors are connected through balcony. It creates unique opportunity for visitors to see photos from different perspective each floor. The underground floor is lighted by cold northern light led through a large window placed above stairs. Combination of shade and northern light enhances mysticity of Stranka's exhibited photos.
