The NOVÉ PLÁTNO house is named within the typological house of Špalíček according to the merging of two fields - restoration of paintings and haberdashery. It is these two fields that connect the house on the border of Horní náměstí and the courtyard to Popská Street in Opava. The main function is the full use of two different, yet quite similar fields of a married couple who live in a block. The vertical blend of life together begins with the gallery and the main vestibule on the ground floor, then grades into the apartment and roof terrace with the studio at the top of the building. To define a quieter area in the city center and the variability of the use of the new development, a small courtyard was created, which delimits the NOVÉ PLÁTNO and OPAVA Artpoint block, adjacent to the north
