Annotation
When I first got acquainted with the terrain, I decided that the main concept of the design would be to adapt to this steep slope. The whole building stands on a large pedestal, which partially serves as a terrace connecting the exterior and living room with dining room. This terrace is partially covered by the upper floor which is partially cantilevered above it. When viewed from the street, the house is not very extravagant, does not scream and does not draw much attention to itself. Instead of opening in all possible directions and letting light in, the concept works by closing the house to the sides and only opening it to the garden.
