Winery as a coridor

Michal Satin

Annotation

When a person walks through a vineyard, it creates a specific spatial experience. Individual vine rows create corridors bound by the grapevine. It defines the direct passage through this space. The aim of the vinery is to create a similar cpace by using architecture. The project consists of three oblong tubes, which are defined by gradation and the module of the vineyard. The top object functions as the living space for the owner. The bottom one has a winery that serves vine from the local small winemakers. Its disposition forces the visitor to go outside, which reinforces the spatial experience. The expression of the objects is that they rise up from the vineyard they are placed in.
