Bridal boutique Charmante
Annotation
The Charmante Bridal Boutique is located in Broumov near the historic town center. The design was inspired by the town's connection to the fashion industry through traditional brocade production. The boutique offers dresses for purchase and a sewing studio for creating new models. Its raumplan composition consists of two mezzanine levels with the boutique along the longer wall, three above-ground floors and one basement level. On the first floor, there is a reception and employee facilities. The basement houses a dress storage area and a fitting zone. Stairs from the first floor lead to a mezzanine with dresses and to the second floor with a walk-through sewing studio. From this floor, one can go up to another mezzanine connected to an outdoor staircase leading to the owner's appartment.
