Living by the River

This bachelor's thesis is based on a study focused on the revitalization of the Výstaviště area in Písek, located on the left bank of the Otava River. The primary objective of the project was the comprehensive transformation of the central strip of this area, emphasizing the creation of a pleasant and functional environment for new urban life. The proposal includes the construction of three new blocks, two residential and one serving as a parking house. These changes aim not only to improve the housing situation in the city but also to significantly increase the capacity of parking spaces, which is currently a pressing need for Písek.
