Annotation
Municipal rental housing. A housing complex in heart of district from 19th century. This project is reaction to the current kind of transformation of Karlín. Project fills the gap with the same rhytm as Karlín was built. The project is socially engaged - it is urban rental housing, it is considered that the house owns a city and units are rented. A few units are for sale.
