This senior home project is nestled in Velešín. The location offers residents both serene natural surroundings and easy access to the town's social life. The urban design subtly links Na Humnech street with the adjacent "Farské rybníky". The project comprises two buildings forming a unified complex, connected by an outdoor courtyard with small gardens that encourage residents to enjoy the outdoors. These structures are thoughtfully designed to blend sensitively with the surrounding landscape, preserving the local character while creating a peaceful and pleasant living environment.
