Podolí City Houses

Crossroads in Podolí. Busy street Podolská and Sinkulova. Civic amenities, accessibility and mass. Corner house adjacent to the street line. The theme is the addition of the view from the Vltava River, the completion of the gap, the continuity with the surrounding houses. View of Podolí as an accessible neighbourhood. The proposed building seeks to find non-traditional but affordable forms of housing and combines them with a community centre in the parterre. The corner house is intended to provide comfortable urban living with an emphasis on linking individual units of flats into larger units up to a large shared flat.
