Apartment Buildings Velešín

Dubovka is a residential complex in Farská zahrada designed to harmonize with the natural terrain and surrounding landscape. The four buildings, with two and three stories, follow the contour lines, creating a natural stepped arrangement. The wooden facade, featuring vertical and horizontal elements, blends seamlessly into the environment and partially covers some windows. The ground floors house barrier-free apartments with private gardens, while upper-floor apartments have access to community gardens.
