VTPH - SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK HOSTIVAŘ

The diploma thesis focuses on the transformation of the Hostivař industrial area in Prague, specifically its first quadrant. The proposal includes a building of a science and technology park. The project interconnects architecture, technology, and sustainable urban development through three main themes: a data center as the brain of the city of the future, urban agriculture as a source of local self-sufficiency, and research infrastructure as a foundation for innovation. The design combines the regeneration of a brownfield site with a vision of a hybrid productive environment for the 21st century.
