Annotation
In the proposal, the emphasis is on preserving the existing values of the inner block and at the same time creating new residences where people will be able to come and spend their free time. The result is a multi-level garage with five split-level parking decks and 123 parking spaces. The parking area is covered by a green roof designed for recreational use, featuring intensive vegetation. A community greenhouse is designed on the roof.
