RESIDENCE HOUSE (ŽIŽKOV - HARTIGOVA) - THE LAST BLOCK

The project focuses on the design of a modern urban apartment building in Hartigova Street, located in the Žižkov district of Prague. The building has five full floors and one recessed floor, and its massing respects the scale and character of the surrounding development. The architectural concept follows the street line and supports a compact urban environment. The layout offers apartments of various sizes, with technical facilities and storage spaces. Three underground levels provide parking and utility areas.
