Annotation
The thesis presents a proposal for the transformation of the central part of the town. It seeks to transform a technically and industrially used area into a space with a fullfledged development that has the potential to initiate further changes in the urban structure of the town. It transforms a barrier into a means of reconnecting the town. It verifies the possibilities of infrastructure architecture in connection with civic facilities and the potential for housing development.
