The building wraps around one of the original mature trees in a harmonious square shape. In the southern part of the home, there is a spacious entrance hall with a foyer and reception, which also serves as a café open not only to residents but also to their visitors. The western part of the building houses rooms for seniors with higher care needs, while the eastern side contains apartments for more independent residents. The northern wing of the building is designated for shared spaces such as workshops, a dining room, a gym, and more.
